By installing and using the Order Blender Shopify App ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our App.
2. Use of Service
Order Blender provides data export capabilities for Shopify merchants. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy laws regarding your customers' data.
3. Subscription and Billing
The App is billed through Shopify's Billing API. Charges vary based on the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the App. Refunds are processed at our sole discretion.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Order Blender, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
5. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
