Getting Started
How do I install Order Blender?
You can install Order Blender directly from the Shopify App Store or by visiting our installation page. Simply click "Get Started" and follow the prompts to authorize the app on your Shopify store.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! All plans come with the ability to get started for free. You can explore the App and its features before committing to a paid plan. Billing is handled through Shopify's secure billing system.
What Shopify plans does Order Blender support?
Order Blender works with all Shopify plans, including Basic, Shopify, Advanced, and Shopify Plus. Enterprise-tier customers on Shopify Plus get additional features like Bulk API access.
Exports & Templates
What export formats are supported?
Order Blender supports CSV exports with customizable delimiters, column mappings, and ERP-specific templates. You can export data in a format ready for import into QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, Acctivate, and many more.
Can I create custom export templates?
Absolutely. You can map any Shopify order field to any column name your ERP or system requires. Save your mapping as a reusable template so every export is consistent.
What does the "Only New" export option do?
The "Only New" option automatically tracks which orders have already been exported and only includes new, unexported orders in your next file. This prevents duplicate processing and keeps your workflow streamlined.
Billing & Limits
What happens if I exceed my monthly order limit?
Our app monitors your export volume. If you reach your limit, we'll notify you and recommend upgrading to the next tier so your workflow remains uninterrupted.
Is the order limit per export or per month?
The limits (e.g., 10,000 for Standard, 25,000 for Pro) are total orders processed across all exports within a single billing month. Individual exports also have a technical safety limit of 10,000 rows to ensure browser stability.
How does billing work?
Billing is handled entirely through Shopify's Billing API. Your subscription charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.
Data & Security
How secure is my data?
Order Blender never stores your order data permanently. We act as a secure bridge that streams data directly from Shopify to your browser in real-time. All connections use HTTPS encryption.
Do you share my data with third parties?
No. We do not sell, trade, or share your data with outside parties. The only third-party services involved are Shopify (for data access and billing) and our hosting provider. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
What happens to my data if I uninstall the app?
When you uninstall Order Blender, Shopify sends us a data deletion webhook. We promptly remove all stored data associated with your shop, including settings, export logs, and account information.
